The teachers cannot speak English. But they know some words (speed up, speed down, turn right, turn left, etc.) It is a broken English. I am not sure whether your friend can understand Thai and I don't think the class will be effective if the teacher can't speak English and she/he also does not understand Thai. If he/she understands Thai a bit, it is good. If your friend has the translator, it is better. I can be the translator but I have to work during weekday. I am available on weekend only.
I would like to give you a little bit more detail ka. Normally, each course focus on how to drive on the read and the Thai booklet (Driving License Test Manual) will be provided to the applicant. In the booklet, it is included information about traffic laws, how to have a driving license test and Exam). We do not have a class for walkthrough this manual during the class. Currently, I am translating this Thai Manual to be English. It will be done after Singkarn Holiday. If you can wait, we are appreciated to provide the service to your friend.

Thanks for the info.
Actually she can drive but just do not have an international driving license. I think all she need is just practicing specific driving patterns that are required on the testing day and the Thai traffic regulations booklet (English version).
I will call you after this Songkarn Holidays na ka. My friend said that she had been looking for Thai driving school that can support English speaker for so long, but she was finally quit and asked me to help her.
